The Boucherie Viau is a family business specializing in slaughter, butchery and charcuterie. We produce all of our products… From our famous ham to our magnificent pork and local beef. Our products are all homemade with recipes of yesteryear. We also offer a cutting service for people who want to cut their beast cut down at home. We are an active company for over 60 years and we are also part of the Circuit du Paysan. We hope to see you come and try our local products very soon in our beautiful country of apples and cider.
