Domaine des Salamandres is located on scenic Covey Hill Road in Hemmingford. Family-operated since 2006, our vineyard will charm you with its innovative pear ice wine-making processes and the quality of its products. Our pear ice wines are now recognized as a model of quality, having won numerous awards in both national and international tasting competitions.
