La Ferme des Quatre-Temps

Regenerative Organic Farm & Artisan Charcuterie.

Spanning 160 acres in Hemmingford, Ferme des Quatre-Temps is one of Quebec’s most inspiring agricultural enterprises — a certified organic (Écocert Canada) agro-ecological farm and training hub committed to regenerative food production. Over 40 varieties of organic vegetables are grown bio-intensively on 8 acres, without tractors or pesticides. Animals — pasture-raised beef cattle, forest-pastured pigs, and free-range chickens — are raised with exceptional respect for animal welfare.

The farm’s culinary atelier transforms meats and harvests into premium artisan charcuteries and preserves using a circular gastronomy approach: ingredients sourced entirely from the farm’s own fields. The operation also serves as a two-season training program for the next generation of Quebec farmers, in partnership with like-minded educators and institutions.

The farm is not open to the public. Find their products at the Hemmingford Marché Tradition and at their farmers’ kiosk at Marché Jean-Talon in Montreal (Sat–Sun, May–October). See their website for all sales points.
